Positive: Right around the corner from Waterfront Station, making it easy to use the Canada Line train to/from YVR. Walkable to the waterfront and to the variety of eateries along Robson. The rooms were comfortable and the living room space made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel fulfilled my request for extra pillows since I need some extra support. The bar staff, even though they were closing up for the evening, still served us. From security/doorman to reception, a great warm staff.
Negative: Nothing I didn't like.

Positive: The front desk staff was exceptional! So friendly and helpful.
Negative: I brought the wrong phone charger and concierge told me to walk to 7-11 at midnite to purchase one. As a single female, that was not helpful.
Summary: Rooms were clean, the bed was wonderful! The room, front desk staff, and view were spectacular.

Positive: Location was exceptional. Close to local transportation, downtown and so many places of interest were within walking distance. Breakfast fare was varied and anything we chose was well done.
Negative: Regular coffee in restaurant was too strong a brew for our taste buds. However we enjoyed the in room coffees very much.
Summary: Had a great time and were able to walk to so many areas if interest.

Positive: Clean, modern & comfortable. Corner window of room made for some great views. Food in restaurant was genuinely excellent.
Negative: The hotel is located in an area with lots of homeless people, so we were a little needy going out in the area at night time. Very expensive, and breakfast not included. Value for money therefore poor.

Negative: The air conditioning kept fluctuating and we would wake up hot at night even on 20 degrees Celsius.

Positive: We liked the modern room and lay out . Bed was extremely comfortable. Doormen were both amazing and kind.
Negative: We didn't like the smell ( deodorizer) when you walked into Lobby , smelled like Old Vegas. First night, we could hear the room next door through connecting door, we could hear clear conversations. Would have liked more simple menu items at the restaurant.

Positive: Location, room, early checkin and 2 rooms close together were oustanding. Greatly appreciated hotel staff arranging early morning taxi pickup for our family group of 6 with lots of luggage.
Negative: Would have liked a more casual eating option since we had young children along. We did delivery with an outside restaurant instead of the hotel restaurant.
Summary: Great staff and accommodations close to cruise port and other locations.
